OPIMS Offshore Pipeline Integrity Management System is a set of submarine pipeline integrity management software system, which is used for integrity management of a large number of submarine pipeline design, inspection, risk, maintenance and other data, and has quantitative analysis functions such as residual strength analysis. The software adopts C / S architecture, that is, client / server architecture, pipeline data is stored in the server, users can quickly access through the client, which is very suitable for the company's internal LAN environment. The whole software uses a concise pagination display mode, users can quickly access each module of the software by clicking different levels of tags on the top of the interface, which can effectively improve the work efficiency. The functions of the software mainly include the following parts:

1. Pipeline data module

It is used to manage the main data of pipeline system. As a data center, the module provides system data to other modules. The system data has some central control fields, which define different pipeline types and risk assessment options. The software is sent to the customer with preset pipeline settings.

2. Risk assessment module

It is used for risk assessment and risk management of pipeline, including pipeline section assessment, threat assessment, component assessment, key point assessment and risk viewer.

3. Inspection and maintenance data module

It is used to manage the inspection and maintenance data of pipeline, including inspection plan, inspection result, maintenance plan, maintenance result, key point management, etc.

4. Residual strength module

It is used for residual strength analysis of pipeline.
